Ham Club on Line
In September 2025, the TARC board of directors and the club membership voted to move all club membership records to this online, web-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. Ham Club on Line (HCOL) was developed by hams for hams and they have over 500 amateur radio clubs in the US as subscribers. They are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and ask for an annual donation of $1/pp to use the application. That equates to less than $200 per year to be donated by TARC for the club account.
