Bill McPartland, WA2HGU, 2021

Bill McPartland who joined TARC a couple of years ago passed on January 30th. Bill and I took the test and Bill passed the extra exam. He got a KN4 call but got his old call WA2HGU back last year in 2020. Like me, Bill was a long time operator who let the license lapse due to life’s circumstances.
