2025 TARC Email Contacts

Over the last few years, TARC has been establishing generic email addresses associated with the many various functions of administering an organization. This was done for two primary reasons. 1) to account for the annual change in officers and directors of TARC, and 2) to protect the privacy and personal information of directors, officers, and other committee members. In this way the names and personal email addresses of these individuals is not made public on the Internet or by other means. Our leadership is not totally anonymous! The names and call signs of current board members and committee leaders is published on our website, in our newsletter, and in other ways; but their personal contact information is protected. Here is the list of generic email addresses used by TARC:

• bod@tamiamiarc.org – emails to this address are distributed to all TARC officers and board members.
• treasurer@tamiamiarc.org – this was the very first generic email address created and is distributed exclusively to only the Treasurer and President of TARC for security of any possible financial information.
• secretary@tamiamiarc.org – this was the second generic email address created and is distributed exclusively to the Secretary and President of TARC for privacy of communications.
• askelmer@tamiamiarc.org – use this email address if you need help or have a question related to anything amateur radio. Currently read by Steve NS4P and Paul KN4BAR.
• communicator@tamiamiarc.org – use this email to submit comments, corrections, information, or articles for publication in our club newsletter, The Communciator. Currently read by Chris K4PTS and Paul KN4BAR.
• librarian@tamiamiarc.org – emails to this address are read by the club librarian. Currently, Brian W1JBD.
• quartermaster@tamiamiarc.org – emails to this address are read by the club’s Quartermaster. Currently Richard KK4AHZ.
• VE-team@tamiamarc.org – emails to this address are read by the TARC Volunteer Examiner team leader. Currently Steve NS4P.
• membership@tamiamiarc.org – this is our newest generic email address. Email to this address is read by the TARC Membership Coordinator. Currently Nancy N4ZM.
• websupport@tamiamiarc.org – use this email address to address any corrections or content suggestions for the TARC website (tamiamiarc.org). Currently read by Paul KN4BAR.
